Company Background
The Angeloff Company is headed by Dann Angeloff whose successful
investment banking career from 1960 to 1976 provided him national
recognition. Beginning as a trainee, he came up through the ranks in
the corporate finance department of a national investment banking firm
to the post of vice president. In 1970 he joined Reynolds Securities
(now Morgan Stanley Dean Witter) to establish and direct its West Coast
corporate finance division and subsequently was elected a vice president
and became a voting shareholder. He founded The Angeloff Company in
1976.
During his investment banking career, Mr. Angeloff had responsibility
for serving the needs of medium-sized firms in obtaining capital from
the public and private sectors. He also provided acquisition,
divestiture, merger and other financial services for them.
Mr. Angeloff serves or has served as a director of over 40 public and
private companies in this country and overseas. He has formed and acts
as chairman of several audit committees.
He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a B.S. degree
from the University of Southern California on whose behalf he served as
a Trustee and in numerous other leadership positions among support
organizations.
